1. Service Overview

Fly My Luggage offers doorstep pickup and delivery of luggage across domestic and international locations. Our services are designed to offer a seamless, secure, and timely luggage shipping experience for travelers.


2. Pickup and Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipments (India):

Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and distance.


International Shipments:

Estimated delivery within 4 to 10 business days, subject to customs clearance and international transit conditions.


Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as weather, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational delays.


3. Pickup Scheduling

Customers can schedule a luggage pickup at their convenience through our booking portal or customer service team. Same-day pickups may be available in select locations if requested before 11:00 AM IST.


4. Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:


Up to two delivery attempts will be made.


If delivery remains unsuccessful, the luggage will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address and contact information is provided during booking.


5. Tracking Information

Once your shipment is confirmed and picked up, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email. You can track your luggage in real-time through our website or by contacting customer support.


6. Customs and Duties (For International Shipments)

All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance.


The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country.


Delays due to customs are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.


7. Packaging Guidelines

All luggage must be securely packed and locked by the customer.


Fragile or high-value items must be declared and appropriately packed.


Fly My Luggage is not responsible for damage caused due to improper packing by the sender.


8. Restricted Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items must not be included in any shipment:


Liquids, explosives, flammable materials


Perishable items


Valuables like jewelry, cash, or important documents


Illegal or restricted substances
