How to file a claim

Fast, documented, and transparent process.

1) Report within 24 hrs

Email support with order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

2) Share documents

Provide ID proof, bag photos (seal/labels), item proof of value (if applicable).

3) Assessment

We investigate using logs, scans, and custody proofs; we may request more info.

4) Resolution

Approved claims are settled as per selected tier, policy limits & depreciation.

Tip: Keep original purchase receipts (if available), capture unboxing photos before your trip, and pack fragile items with cushioning.
